We are seeking an individual with multi-tasking capabilities and excellent customer service skills for our front office. Job responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone system and checking patients in and out efficiently. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting copay's and any balances due, accurately documenting patient messages and refill requests and other tasks as required by the front office. Ability to interact well with patients, providers and fellow employees a must.
