Responsibilities: Must be available to work weekends
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, utilizing knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and address issues promptly.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Experience working with logic controllers is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
