Personal Assistant
Description
This role will provide administrative support by performing clerical duties (e.g. email, excel spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office), along with personal tasks assigned by the CEO. We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn and provide assistance on a variety of tasks.
Your ability to be accurate and focus on the details will be critical. Will be responsible for maintaining personal as well as business accounts. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards. Performs additional duties as assigned. M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience.
- Someone who is organized, can stay on top of tasks, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Great communication and attention to detail is a must.
