Job Title: Project Manager (SAP HR and SuccessFactors)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering successful SAP HR and SuccessFactors implementations. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP HR and SuccessFactors projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in project management.
- Provide post-implementation support and evaluation, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP HR and SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
