Administrative Assistant
Advantage Marketing is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Snapshot
Front desk duties and working with Inside Sales Team to help with product research and quotes as needed. Handling some order entry work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet any customers who enter the office
- Answer the phone
- Receive mail and deliveries and distribute as needed
- Other clerical duties as needed
- Work with inside sales team to assist with product research and writing quotes
- Fill in to help with order entry position as needed
- Help maintain sample and catalog inventory
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure when needed
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Communicate via email, phone, and in person
- Wednesday and Friday hours needed 8am-5pm. Remaining hours/days can be flexible
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Office experience preferred
- Experience in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
