Salary: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year + performance bonus opportunity
Ascent Healthcare - Specializing in Post Hospitalization and Geriatric Care
Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Beaverton, OR, delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Assisted Living Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. Ascent Healthcare was founded in 2012 and is a physician-owned practice. Our team is staffed with approximately 35 Medical Providers including Physicians, PAs and NPs. We partner with approximately 50 Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory cares providing Medical Directorship, attending, primary care and behavioral wellness services.
We have an exciting career opportunity available for a Physician. In this capacity, you will work as a team with an experienced NP/PA as an attending provider to skilled nursing facility patients. Take this opportunity to gain a leadership role by attaining your certification as a post-acute Medical Director. We are interested in discussing full-time, per diem or part-time opportunities for this role.
