Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Residential Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in a private residence. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and is trustworthy to manage household tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and organizing duties according to established standards.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces.
- Laundering bed linens, towels and clothing; ironing and folding clothes as needed.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Stocking and maintaining household supplies and inventory.
- Handling special requests and periodic deep cleaning projects.
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private residence or similar environment.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of following specific instructions.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy.
