Events Coordinator (10013):
Major Educational Institution in Tribeca Has Immediate Opening for Qualified Events Coordinator

· 9AM-5PM
· Monday-Friday
· Hybrid Role: In-Office & Remote
Job Duties:
· Plan, coordinate and implement numerous events per year
· Create and manage project plans for marketing and event activities
· Establish contacts, manage email and mailing lists
· Develop event schedules and assignments
· Provide administrative support to marketing teams
· Track customer complaints and resolve customer problems
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Strong organization skills
· Previous 2 years of relevant experience
· Strong strategic skills to grow membership and programs
· Previous not-for-profit experience a plus
· Ability to work as a team player or independently
· Ability to deal with situations in real time
· Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
