This team member will be positioned in our offices and trained to manage crews within their department that are performing in the field. This will include schedule management, customer service and employee management.
Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga is looking to grow again and add an inside office position within our organization. National headquarters for Access is located in Hixson TN and serves greater Chattanooga with an exceptional level of service. Like all the Access Garage Door locations, this is locally family-owned and operated. This location has been operating for over 17 years. They will be outgoing and have a true passion for helping customers in their time of need. Training will be provided to the correct candidate. This position will demand skills such as employee management, purchasing, data entry (typing required), scheduling and routing, technical competency, and efficient communications within a fast-paced operation. Hours are M-F 8-6. Occasional special event attendance will be required. Attendance for this position is crucial to our local and national operations. Health benefits and Paid vacation time along with holiday pay is provided to qualified candidates. The dress code is business casual or uniforms that will be provided.
