Description:
Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as a Training Facilitator, Mid-Level. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Assist trainers with the logistics of the course needs and their preferences of running the training

Coordinate with Government Training Manager and Trainers for any updates and requirements for training purposes and be the liaison for any inquires, concerns and feedback of students
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in classroom instruction

Have attended the Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) (A-012-0077) (or military service equivalent), or Academic credentialing (teacher/professor), or Instructor training via an academic institution

Lead training sessions, in-person and/or online by using lectures, group discussions and hands-on activities to ensure everyone is engaged

Ability to identify students learning needs in instructional settings

Experience in developing goals and expectations from the start of training sessions and set the tone for the training throughout training sessions

Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation

Have knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation and the use of classroom training aids

Possess high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material

Possess the ability to perform in a military environment

Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

NAVSEA Security Cooperation and FMS experience

Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S. navy, military rank/grade structure

Possess a knowledge of Navy and military terminology
Education
High school diploma, or GED
