We are looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team! We have an opening on 2nd Shift with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm. We can be flexible with the work schedule if needed.

Summary: Provide technical, maintenance and troubleshooting support to manufacturing equipment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Previous manufacturing maintenance work experience in supporting manufacturing.

Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Ability to read, analyze/interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, technical procedures, etc.

Working knowledge and hands on experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC’s and plumbing.

Ability to write reports and standard documentation.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Ability to collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
- Requires the ability to operate various manufacturing equipment.

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems. Plastics background a plus.

Solid computer background. Able to effectively work with Windows, Word, Excel, AutoCad,etc.

Able to safely operate machine shop equipment and work with hand tools.

Experienced with electrical devices; AC and DC.

Extended standing and sitting. Able to work around equipment and in tight spaces. Able to climb equipment as necessary. Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Lift up to 25 pounds frequently.

Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently (license required).

Self-starter. Able to work independently with multiple projects and gain closure.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Wears and maintains the necessary personal protective equipment. Demonstrates sound safety practices.

Experience with ultrasonic welding and thermal bonding preferred.
- Familiar with OSHA and NEC regulations.
