We have an opportunity for a Program Manager supporting PG&E’s Vegetation Management program(s). The Project Manager assists in planning, directing, coordinating and managing the field operations at ACRT Pacific. They work closely with Operation’s Management to meet utility program and company goals, by overseeing field staff. Project Managers ensure operational objectives are accomplished through safety, productivity and work quality. This role is primarily field based, with opportunity for remote and/or office work.

Supporting field staff (Vegetation Management Inspectors) through field quality reviews, safety audits, in field training and reviewing company and Utility process/procedures

Attending and conducting meetings to ensure terms and conditions of contract are being met

Assisting with training new employees on company policy and procedure

Coordinating work schedule and work plans

Preparing documents, reports, analysis and presentations; including field benchmarks

Administrative support pertaining to utility audits, reports, schedule

Responsible for assisting with safety goals, requirements and needs for field staff

May assist in claims investigations, outage and fire investigations, support in corrective actions, and prepare inspection results.
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary represents the wage range ACRT Pacific pays for this position. The base hourly amount for this role is $49.00 to $55.00 per hour. Other factors may impact overall total compensation including but not limited to 401(k) match, medical, dental, or vision insurance, per-diems, or other region-specific benefits as eligible.
