Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their questions, concerns, and inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
