Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate and concise information to members regarding our products and services, including account inquiries, billing, and membership benefits.
- Assist members in navigating through our online platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction and retention through efficient and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and escalation of complex member issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide timely and accurate information to members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
