Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or demonstrably equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in a small to medium-sized business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and achieve results with limited resources.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, with a focus on growing market share and fostering a strong brand identity.
- Demonstrated ability to champion and advocate for the ORE Design brand, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for innovation.
- Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (CRM experience required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good research and analytical skills to identify and target specific customer groups and regions and report on effectiveness of campaigns, product features and trade events.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase sales of ORE Design products within the design-build industry (e.g., retail fire features, contract furniture, interiorscape industries, landscape architects).
- Create high-quality content (white papers, case studies) that addresses the specific needs of design-build firms.
- Manage ORE Design's online presence through SEO optimization, social media strategy, email campaigns, and engaging website content.
- Build relationships with industry influencers through online engagement and participation at industry events.
- Participate in relevant online communities to establish ORE Design as a leader.
- Collaborate with sales on lead generation, qualification, and cultivating relationships with potential customers.
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Provide direction and collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to ensure the creation of high-quality marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media graphics) that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Build and manage a collaborative relationship with our external vendors (e.g., Creative Agency) to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and content development projects.
- Manage new product launch campaigns from strategy, launch and assessment.
- Manage product features directed to specific customer types and/or geographical regional.
- Oversee all ORE Brand assets, outgoing messaging, campaigns and catalogs to ensure brand continuity and a strong brand voice.
- Manage annual industry representation, “ORE Offsite” including theme, venue, products and all out brand promotional communication.
- Work closely with the ORE Sales team to coordinate new product launches, product features, and new and improved customer facing messaging, catalogs, and promotions. As well as monitoring sales revenue and engagement from campaigns.
Pay & Schedule
- Full-time: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
- This position is in office, regular remote work is not available.
- Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands
- $70,000 – $80,000 annual base pay; depending on experience and abilities.
