We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event and Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate willbe highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event management, including planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events. Additionally, the Event and Program Manager will leverage their organizational skills to assist in program and project management for key campaign and product launches.
Responsibilities:

Event Management:

Plan and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to conferences, workshops, webinars, and product launches.

Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.

Develop and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.

Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Handle post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Program and Project Management:

Assist in the coordination and management of key campaign and product launches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on progress.

Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address them to keep projects on track.

Support the development and implementation of program strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Five years experience in event planning and execution, preferably in both in-person and virtual settings.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Experience managing budgets and working with vendors.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in event management or project management.

Five years of experience with event registration platforms and virtual event technology.

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of Life Science industry trends.

Knowledge of best practices in event planning and program management.
