G2 Secure Staff, is looking to hire a trainer to develop and lead the training strategy for G2 Secure Staff and its related corporate entities. The Trainer will develop training practices to improve overall service level standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and maintain positive client relations. Responsible for company compliance of airport authority regulations, company and client rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to the business of aviation service staffing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some supervisory/management in shift work environment experience necessary.
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Performs analysis for training, development, and implementation of training policies and procedures for airline standards.
- Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Implement a safety plan for the station
- Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary
- Providing guidance and training-related technical support in development/administration of training programs.
- Review audit reports, complaint trends and other forms of customer and passenger feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and topics for training curriculum.
- Develop continuous training improvements to increase efficiency, compliance and service levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; participate in the achievement of company objectives.
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Perform other duties as requested.
