Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients with exceptional people skills to build trust from the first interaction
- Assess each potential client's situation with a consultative approach, presenting the best course of action
- Communicate effectively across all platforms (phone, text, chat, and email) to ensure clarity and empathy
- Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up diligently throughout the intake process
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment while also working autonomously as needed
- Transition newly retained clients to the appropriate team and establish client files in CasePeer
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Demonstrated responsibility, trustworthiness, and commitment to ethical standards.
