We are looking for a full time experienced and thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities, including our apartment unit turns. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. Attention to details is a must.
Core Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all common areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Prepare units for new resident move ins
- Deep clean fully furnished apartments and detail clean
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Inform property manager of any complaints/requests relayed from residents
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Primary Requirements
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated, while maintaining a team player attitude
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills as well as ability to adapt
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
