We are looking to hire a team member for a location in Des Plaines, IL. This position is salary + bonus.
Day to day activities include prospecting new customers, servicing and cross selling current book, and outbound phone calls. Primarily representative would work with personal lines to start, but could move into commercial lines as desired.

Job Requirements of a Licensed Account Manager
Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Sales experience is a plus
- Driven to fulfill customers’ needs
- Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses
- Clean background check
- Bilingual candidate preferred
