Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients and present the TruAbutment brand
- Follow up on incoming calls and messages in a timely manner
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, while building long-term trusting relationships
- Report to the Department Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results
- Maintain superior product knowledge and stay up to date on new pricing/promotions/payment plans
- Provide administrative support to sales team in a timely manner
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, Customer Service, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) and achieving sales quotas
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and basic computer skills (navigating file folders and file extensions)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
