The Community Compliance Liaison is responsible for assisting with bringing properties within the community into HOA compliance, both reactively and proactively.
Responsibilities:
-
Investigates community standards violations and provides photographs and proper documentation of those that are not in compliance
-
Addresses violations with homeowners through personal visits, phone calls, or door hangars
-
Works closely with the Customer Service Coordinator to formally notify residents who are not in compliance of the applicable violations
-
Follows up to with residents to confirm all matters have been completed or if necessary, takes further action to achieve compliance
-
Inspects completed modifications to verify installation is in compliance with approved request
-
Reads, understands and applies rules and regulations, declarations, and community standards to make practical application in the field

Assists with estoppel inspection photography and reports
-
Ensures estoppel follow-up inspections are complete and takes the corrective action necessary to achieve compliance

Maintains records of actions/observations/results and is able to retrieve them as needed

Supports Resident Services and Warranty department projects and other work as needed

Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards

Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices

Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers

Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
5+ years in a business related field preferred
-
Photography experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge:

Must be able to read, write and understand English and have good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and public relations skills

Microsoft Office skills required
-
Must be approved by insurance to operate company motor vehicle

Must be outgoing, self-confident, and organized

Must possess strong diplomacy and communication skills and be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
