Job Overview
Anaheim Hyundai is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift to 50 pounds, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manages order pulling for employees and Clients.
- Takes a leading role in bin organization and parts stocking.
- Immediately informs management of any stock outages or discrepancies.
- Assists with regular parts department inventories and selection of parts for returns.
- Initiates all paperwork relating to damages/shortages and vendor returns.
- Place daily stock orders
- Match purchase orders and invoices for Parts Manager to review and approve.
- Inform the manager of any irregularities in parts available for return to the factory.
- Post incoming orders.
- Manages all shipping processes, including shipping of warranty parts back to the factory.
- Maintains shipping supplies inventory; notifies Parts Manager of needed items.
- Maintains separate warranty storage area organized by Repair Order (RO) sequence.
- Inform the manager of any irregularities in parts available for return to the factory.
- Ensures proper disposal of parts within the factory, Company, and environmental guidelines.
- Assists with scheduling of deliveries including routing and special requests.
- Takes initiative to get the job done through innovative thinking.
- Promptly notifies salesman or management of Client issues, returns, or problems with drivers, and deliveries, as necessary.
Skills
- Experience with order picking and package preparation
- Ability to operate a reach truck or other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from the Parts Manager
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
