Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple teams, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and driving business growth through strategic planning and sales initiatives. The Operations Manager will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for managing projects, improving processes, and developing business development strategies to increase profitability.
Duties:
- Oversee the management of multiple teams, including drivers, warehouse, and customer service personnel.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and increase profitability.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and develop team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Identify and address operational issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operations or management role, preferably in a distribution center.
- Strong leadership and supervising skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting expenses.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or management.

Pay: $114,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
