About us:
We are a fast-growing E-commerce and wholesale hair cosmetic company. We specialize in creating organic hair products and accessories for consumers with coily, curly, and wavy hair.
What we are looking for in you:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives the highest level of customer experience. This position requires organization, the ability to multitask several tasks at once, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment, and an enjoyment of interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner to provide product and order status information in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
- Provide advice, recommendations, and usage tips and tricks to customers on the best products and how to apply them to fit their unique hair type and routine.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and challenges quickly and escalate them to management when assistance is needed.
- Process orders, returns, credits, and payments as needed within all sales channels.
- Ensure pending orders due to payment, address, or fraud issues are managed and resolved daily.
- Respond to DMs/comments/messengers/reviews on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, Amazon, Think Dirty, etc.
- General office maintenance as needed.
- Work on professional programs and platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Vagaro, Judgeme, Google Drive, and Asana.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a customer service call center. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Excellent grammar, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Must be patient and kind, and work well independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
- (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Dropbox. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
- Knowledge on curls & textured hair is HUGE PLUS! *****
Hours:
- Full-time and onsite daily in our Phoenix, AZ office
- Daily shift is Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm
