Job Overview:
We are seeking several motivated and experienced Car Sales Executives to join our powerful team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for performing a thorough needs assessment, conducting product demonstrations of all features and benefits, and selling used vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting leads and generating referrals
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with potential customers to schedule appointments
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales activities (CRM management)
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
Experience:
- Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market and current industry trends
-Strong knowledge of various automotive makes and models is extremely desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is BIG PLUS
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM systems for lead management and customer follow-up
- Experience in inventory control is preferred
