Position Summary:
As an Sales Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers and team members look to when they need help. You and your team are the personnel that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with owners, team members and customers.
Sales Manager will have the responsibility of owning customer satisfaction, sales process flow and develop personnel to becoming high performing team members. Partner with CBA Operations Manager on all process improvements, customer satisfaction issues and human resource topics.
Service Advisors have the responsibility of taking our customer through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility
Service Advisors will always need to conduct themselves professionally. They need to represent Christian Brothers Automotive brand standards by delivering the highest quality customer experience. All applicants should highly value honesty and integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction / Sales Process Flow / Profit & Loss
- Being dependable and on time - Work Schedule: 6:30AM to 6:30PM (M-F)
- Partner with Owners and Operations Manager to implement/create policy and processes.
- Understand all aspects of CBA Sales Process and Business Initiatives
- Develop and train service advisors / writers -- utilizing CBA tools and following policy set by Owners and Operations Manager.
- Creating detailed repair orders and providing detailed documentation per CBAC standards.
- Present the best repair solutions to our customers in a clear, concise, and simple way.
- Sourcing Parts - Leverage partnerships with vendors to prioritize quality and availability.
- Team efficiency, accuracy and communications.
- Lead by example with honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
- Excellent communications via email, phone and Microsoft Office applications.
- Owns process for updating customers on status of vehicles utilizing all mediums provided by CBA.
- Represent the Brand and Team in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in administering customer service activities (focused on Sales and Customer Satisfaction).
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Remaining flexible to change in job responsibilities, company policies and work procedures

Job Requirements
- Automotive Service Sales Experience - MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS - CURRENT
- Leadership / Management Experience - 5+ YEARS (CURRENT)
- Valid state driver’s license
- Meet required insurance driving record parameters including a clean driving record for a minimum of 5 years.
- Eligibility for employment

Physical Requirements

- Being dependable for a position Monday – Friday – 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, etc).

- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and work outdoors. The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
