Definition of Role and Responsibilities:
Proserv Aviation seeks an eager and nimble Administrative Assistant to strengthen our team. As a growing company we seek individuals that are not only comfortable with change but seek change with the goal of improvement. The objective of the Administrative Assistant is to ensure that employees can move forward and continue engaging customers and vendors free of internal pause.
The Administrative Assistant is expected to execute various support roles exercising critical decision making skills. This position requires an individual that enjoys independent problem solving. Success in this position is achieved by reinforcing our customers and accounting team with accurate and robust support.
Peripheral responsibilities include:
- Managing QuickBooks Online bank feed and expensing receipts.
- Assisting accounts receivables/payables with daily tasks.
- Handling customer service calls and feedback responses.
- Maintaining, organizing, and ordering general office supplies.
- Managing and organizing team schedule.
- Scheduling and booking travel arrangements for staff.
- Managing tradeshow expositions.
- Assisting sales, purchasing, shipping, and receiving.
Must be a U.S. citizen, with a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in our office in Oak Creek Wisconsin
· General understanding of accounting.
· QuickBooks experience.
· Comfort researching unfamiliar topics.
· Previous office setting employment.
· Reliability and office organization.
· Strong written communication skills with exceptional data entry competence.
· Comfort managing large volumes of information.
· Strong business acumen. Self-motivated, with the ability to identify and execute business objectives.
· Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
· Experience or interest in the aerospace industry is a plus.

Salary: $22-$25/Hour
