The Admissions Recruiter is responsible for assisting, educating, and guiding potential students into the aircraft maintenance program offered at Epic Flight Academy's CVG location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage student inquiries to achieve prompt contact: utilize approved recruitment policies/formats via phone, email, text message, chat, and in-person meetings with potential students.
● Schedule and conduct student tours, explaining tuition, non-tuition, and information related to the training.
● This position will require working with offsite recruiters to coordinate tours for potential students, as well.
● Assist students through applicable student loan applications, internal scholarship applications, and general applications to enroll with Epic.
● Provide tours of Epic's academy, as well as potential tours with partner companies.
● Obtain relevant information, transcripts, and work with management to assist with transfer students.
● Conduct activities with the highest ethical standards. Adhere to state/federal accreditation and flight academy rules/regulations regarding student recruitment.
● Accurately and completely portray educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students, parents, and educators.
● Consistently conduct follow-up based on policies with potential students to ensure successful contact and guide towards enrollment.
● Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving.
● Perform enrollment services to completion for students enrolling, regardless of ownership, in support of the Admissions Department, as a whole.
● Assist applicants with the onboarding process. This may take extended periods of time.
● Work with student-services department to assist with onboarding, meeting scheduled deadlines and ensuring compliance with enrollment/onboarding timelines and requirements.
● Properly follow up and continue communication effectively to welcome students to Epic.
● Assist with scheduling and coordinating student events, such as open houses, outreach events, and more.
●Must be able to self-regulate job duties without supervision & must be willing to work in a team environment when required.
● May require additional duties or tasks outside of the listed tasks above, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency.
- Customer service experience.
- Phone Call (High Volume) experience.
- Computer and web-based experience- Must be fully proficient on a computer, copying, pasting, keyboard shortcuts, etc.
- Online CRM system experience
- Google / Microsoft systems experience.
- Must be able to work alone for long periods of time, and also in a team environment when required.
- Problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years experience in sales, administrative, educational, or relevant admissions experience.
- Experience with education Loan Applications such as Sallie Mae, Stratus Financial, and Zunta Fi.
- Previous knowledge or experience with the GI Bill® or VA funding.
- Knowledge of FAA Part 147, or aircraft mechanic experience.
- Connection to aviation would be a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Must be able to walk for long periods of time across different types of terrain for campus tours, climb up and downstairs, and sit/stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
