Malman Law is a fast-paced, growing plaintiffs' law firm focusing in nursing home and personal injury litigation. We are seeking a highly motivated Workers' Compensation Case Manager.

Your role will be that of connecting with new clients, requesting medical records, and completing the case analysis. You will be required to manage a heavy request load and follow up appropriately and timely.

Position Summary:
As a key member of the Workers’ Compensation team, this individual is responsible for being the primary point of contact for our current clients and updating attorneys and other support staff on updates and changes to cases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers
- Identify and manage case complications such as TTD & PPD payments, MSA payments and trial preparation
- Work with attorneys and support staff to guide clients through their case and provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with clients or customers
- Self-directed
- Exceptional task-based project management skills
- Ability to quickly assess and synthesize large amounts of information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel and a willingness to learn our case management software
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (strongly preferred)
- Prior legal experience (strongly preferred); and
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
