Primary Job Function: As a representative for our Company, you will be part of an inbound/outbound calling team responsible for taking inbound phone calls from our customers providing exceptional customer service. Scheduling service appointments and administrative duties as assigned
Pay: Up to $22.00/hr
Work Hours: Monday Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm
Required Qualifications

Advanced customer service skills.

Experience working in the construction or service field preferred

Ability to multi-task proficiently

Well Organized

Excellent Phone Presence

Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, sales or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience

Sales Coordinator and dispatch experience preferred

Advanced level knowledge of software technologies

Install Coordination experience preferred
