Job Overview:
Moravia Health is seeking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position in Phoenix, AZ. Duties may include photocopying, filing, mail sorting and distribution, receptionist duties, and data entry. The candidate must be familiar with administrative concepts, practices, and procedures. This position requires the ability to work independently, accomplish goals, excellent customer service, creativity, patience and flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will rely on guidelines established by the organization to perform job functions and work in a moderately fast paced environment.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist with all scheduling and recruiting as it pertains to regional homecare clients
- Address high level client complaints and employee issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with various department heads to improve company efficiency and compliance for state specific laws
- Expertise and knowledge of internal staffing systems
- Identify best practices and improve internal systems
- Provide excellent, accurate service
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor, answer their questions and direct them appropriately
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance.
- Keep the waiting area neat and presentable
- Assist with Special Projects
- Maintain accurate files
- Other duties as Assigned
Requirements:
- One (2) year related experience in the home healthcare industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of office experience
- Provide excellent, accurate Service
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor, answer their questions and direct them appropriately
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meet and exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to work performance goals
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn / stay abreast of relevant policies
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to perform under pressure in a calm manner
- High degree of accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
