Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting physicians and patients during visits and aiding during physical examinations.
- Educating patients on medication and special diets.
- Maintaining awareness of patient communication cues during physician instructions.
- Ensuring all supplies are stocked and maintain a clean work environment.
- Managing patient flow, room patients, and prioritizing flow for physicians and staff.
- Handling patient phone calls and performing front-office support duties.
- Administering subcutaneous injections and performing CLIA waived laboratory tests as ordered.
- Participating in additional projects as assigned.

- Professional presentation, patient confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be Certified in Washington State
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited certification program and current licensure.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting (desired).
- EMR experience (ECW preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Windows.
- Strong keyboarding and scribing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and math skills.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Education & Experience:
- Competitive starting salary of $28.00 per hour, increase considered based on experience.
