Cannabis Lounge Mixologist - Models are responsible for creating and crafting cannabis cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, drinks, and other cannabis-infused drinkables. They are tasked with inventing new recipes and perfecting existing ones to ensure that the lounge has a unique and desirable menu of options for customers.
Generally:
- Keep the bar well-stocked with all the ingredients required to make all cannabis-infused beverages and standard drink requests.
- Preparing non-cannabis drinks for customers, including non-alcoholic cocktails, juice, coffee, tea, and smoothies.
- Create cannabis-infused beverages according to the CCB-approved recipes and menu.
- Establish bar stations with equipment such as glasses, mixers, infusion ingredients, etc.
- Keep the bar area tidy and orderly to create an enticing environment for customers.
- Discuss Customers' drink orders with them to ensure that they are properly and quickly provided.
- Verify adherence to all company policies, and processes, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate any liability concerns (contractual, safety, employment).
- Ensure the accuracy of the physical inventory.
- Follow and exceeds all food-related compliance and safety requirements.
- Provide daily, weekly and/or monthly reporting as required.
- Create enticing and appealing beverage products while making constant improvements.
- Ensure that all ready-to-consume drink products are infused correctly.
- Ensure that all products and drinks that are created in the production kitchen exceed CCB and Health Department regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure that all menus include applicable warnings, allergens, and serving information.
- Ensure that all cross-contamination and cross-contact is prevented during the production of cannabis-infused ready-to-consume products.
- Ensure that all bar POS systems are maintained and operational.
- Ensure that all bar seed-to-sale systems are updated and maintained.
- Ensure that all lounge activities, production records, sales, deliveries, returns, waste disposal, and all required logs are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Provide daily, weekly and/or monthly cannabis product reporting as required.
- Follow the established non-alcoholic drink creation guidelines and menus.
- Serve water as required to every guest without request.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
