**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the organization. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) - Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications **Requirements:** - Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or relevant role - Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices - Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail - Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or Paylocity is a plus - Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures - Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions including administrative tasks, payroll assistance, recruitment support, and employee relations.
