Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks ranging from transcribing meeting minutes to organizing files and assisting with customer inquiries.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain office organization by filing documents and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to input data, create reports, and manage schedules.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in typing and computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks & Filemaker or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
