We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to coordinate the delivery and pick-ups of our bikes to customers.
Electric Bike Company was established in 2014 and strives to provide the best custom-built electric beach cruisers in the world by using global materials and local USA electric bike builders and engineers using high quality parts.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duties include:
- Create spreadsheets to manage the pick-ups and delivery of bikes to customers
- Contact customers frequently
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Organization and time management skills
- Ship accessory orders to customers
