Job Overview:
We are seeking an Entry Level Receptionist to join our team. An Energy Efficiency Company seeking an experienced scheduling person for our office. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. This person will work hand in hand with the Owner and Support Staff. Experience in the Home Energy Solutions Program is a plus. Reliability and Professional Telephone Skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are accurately recorded
- Utilize computerized scheduling systems to input and update appointment information
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling process
Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Strong calendar management skills, with the ability to efficiently schedule appointments and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in scheduling and correspondence
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients in a professional manner- Professional telephone skills are required.
