Job Description
Camira has an opportunity for a full-time, experienced Product Support/Training Specialist Senior at Scott AFB in Illinois. This position supports software applications for the MAF (Mobility Air Force) Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) program. This candidate will be responsible for assisting users in support of complex software system applications and provide training as needed. The Product Support/Training Specialist Senior must be able to apply ingenuity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills when handling assignments. The Product Support/Training Specialist Senior will also assist in the development of documentation for system functionality and applications.
Qualifications

Provide expert-level troubleshooting support to resolve user issues.

Assist users via virtual communications or in-person

Work with the MAF GTIMS support team to ensure viability and integrity of the system.

Track and respond to user issues in concert with other elements of the MAF GTIMS support team.

Provide training to users where applicable.

Create and update user documentation.

DODI 8570 - IAT Level II certification required, CompTIA Security+ CE (or equivalent)

Three or more years knowledge/experience as a user or product support specialist with Training Management Systems Software.
Security Clearance: Active SECRET clearance required.
Education: Relevant work experience and/or bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
