Part-Time Regional Assistant Manager

The Regional Assistant Manager is a corporate position that will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our multifamily properties. Working with the Operations Team, this position requires a flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can assist with various administrative tasks, property takeovers, and special projects at multiple properties.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Regional Supervisor team with property takeovers, due diligence, pre-takeover preparations, implementation, conducting property inspections, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Perform Assistant Community Manager administrative duties at various locations as needed, such as lease administration, resident relations, and vendor management.

Support the Regional Supervisor team in implementing company policies and procedures at the property level.

Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as property renovations, new system implementations, and community events.

Provide support to property management teams with various tasks, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance coordination.

Ensure compliance with company standards, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in property management required.

Experience with Onesite required.

AppFolio experience is a plus!

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to seamlessly transition and adapt between various projects and priorities.

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Travel to various properties.

Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate property takeovers and special projects.
