Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is tasked with successfully meeting our talent acquisition needs across multiple functions and multiple businesses. The Talent Acquisition Manager responsibilities include creating sourcing strategies, overseeing the candidate experience through the interview process, and ensuring a robust and positive onboarding experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing this role for entry-level positions, professional positions, and executive-level positions. Ultimately, you will build a strong employer brand for Patrick designed to develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role will play a critical role in enhancing our recruitment practices and create efficiencies in conjunction with our newly implemented electronic onboarding and applicant tracking tool, SAP Success Factors. The successful candidate will be passionate about Talent Acquisition and technology!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and execute full cycle recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, trust, and collaboration
- Influence hiring managers and stakeholders to adopt newly created recruitment strategies and best practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through strategic talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain an understanding of business needs, identifying opportunities to drive talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth and success
- Lead and provide guidance, coaching, and development to team involved in TA activities (direct and indirect reports) to ensure high-performing talent acquisition results
- Establish an enterprise-wide recruiting model which is flexible, scalable, and internally service oriented
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organize recruitment, campus, and/or community events/relationships to establish a strong employer brand
- Demonstrate high proficiency in SAP Success Factors recruiting and onboarding platforms and contribute to future efficiencies designed to enhance the end user and candidate experience
- Ensure hiring practices and policies are “best in class” and fully compliant - design/implement solutions across the business to support this goal
- Establish talent acquisition tools for leaders and hiring managers to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Actively manage own requisition load and lead candidates through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure employment branding is consistent with Patrick brand guidelines
- Develop and implement social media strategies consistent with Patrick branding strategies
- Manage employment related third party vendors, service agreements, and pricing
- Establish, report, and present key KPIs for the recruiting function
- Utilize SAP Success Factors reporting to communicate open positions, identify pipeline candidates, analyze trends, and communicate various metrics to stakeholders
- Proactively source candidates to build network and talent pipeline
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting to include candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
- Strong recruiting technology experience such as Workday, SAP or other ATS platforms
- Advanced understanding of LinkedIn, Indeed and other key TA platforms
- Prior experience in multi-site and muti-state environments preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional internal customer focus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
