Overview
This is an entry level position that offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your sales skills, and gain valuable insights into the new home market, and potential for future career opportunities with Conner Homes.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations
- Assist our Sales Representatives/Agents with client interactions and inquiries
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads
- Participate in Open Houses
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and marketing tools
- Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems
- Learn about the home building process and key features of different properties to assist in Open Houses
- Provide support to the sales team as needed
- Aware that operational needs and assigned communities/workdays are subject to change and longer commutes may be required
- If licensed, acknowledges and understand that performing any real estate representation outside of the Conner Homes Real Estate Sales Group is prohibited without prior written authorization
- Must adhere to Conner Homes Safety Standards at all times
- We expect employees whose jobs require them to come in contact with potential homeowners, to wear business appropriate apparel consistent with that worn by people dealing with the public in the community in similar capacities
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in real estate and new home sales
- Real Estate license preferred. If not currently licensed, must be willing to enroll in classes, complete coursework, and take licensing exams to procure a WA Real Estate license during the training period
- Must be able to work most weekends and ability to travel between all communities
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
- Frequent standing, walking (including stairs and uneven ground) and sitting; occasional lifting and/or prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required
- Understands that there may be active video cameras onsite and in the model homes for security and protection purposes
- Must be able to work in different environmental conditions that vary depending on the weather, stage of production, and where work takes place such as hot, cold, wet, dry, muddy, humid, windy, calm, bright, dark, noisy, dusty, poor lighting, poor ventilation, temperature variations, fog/rain, airborne particles such as wood dust, and drywall dusts, etc. that are common in the field environment
Salary:
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits with an additional 90-training salary
