Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will also act as a Dispatcher for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, coordinating schedules for drivers and technicians, and ensuring efficient communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about services
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to service calls, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Monitor driver and technician locations and update schedules as needed
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, and technicians to ensure seamless communication and service provision
- Keep accurate records of service calls, dispatches, and customer interactions
- Handle incoming orders and process payments
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and dispatching roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
