We are a National Property Management Company who specialize in 55(+) Mobile home community management. We are currently managing multiple properties across Central Florida and are in need of a highly motivated career seeker for our River Grove community located in Micco, FL .
Requirements:
- Landscaping/ Lawn Maintenance
- Irrigation repair
- Grounds keeping
- Basic Electric
- Pressure Washing
- Utility Locate/ Detection
- Waste Management
- Customer Service
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Time Management

Experience level:
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
