We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at a private school. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and nurturing young children, providing them with a solid foundation for their future education.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Assess student progress through observation, assessment tools, and regular evaluations.
Skills:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children, providing care and education in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is required.
