Position Title: Marketing Automation Specialist
Position Summary:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for creating impactful member experiences, utilizing omni-channel marketing automation tools, to build out curated, “always on,” member journeys and funnels.
The role identifies and creates new audience segmentations, prioritizes cohorts of membership to target, and develops omni-channel automated sequences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (List in order of importance the essential functions of the job and the approximate percentage of time spent on each of the activities; describe what must be accomplished, not how it must be done; include supervision or management responsibilities, quality and quantity standards, physical, mental, and perceptual functions of the job)
Owns and manages the marketing automation platform, and real-time audience segmentation. Develops and implements omni-channel marketing automation strategies, and “always on” automated member journeys, to improve member engagement, LTV, and retention. Identifies and creates new audience segmentations to target for personalization and automation. Creates and manages automated workflows to trigger personalized communications and offers to members. Collaborates with the Digital Marketing team to develop and implement new marketing campaigns and initiatives. Designs systems and processes around marketing automation program, as well as methods to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns. Builds best-in-class experiences for new and existing members through campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Education:
Associate degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent mix of education and work experience preferred.
Licensure:

Minimum three years of work experience in marketing automation preferred.

Expertise with one or more marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of event-based tracking, real-time triggers, and marketing analytics.

Proven ability to think strategically, develop and implement creative marketing campaigns, and analyze data to measure results.

Capacity to grow and develop skills in marketing automation.

Our company offers a dynamic hybrid work arrangement, which requires three days on-site, in the Sugar Land, TX office. Our retail roles are required to be onsite at the branch locations.
