General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining warehouse logs.
- Shipping products to clinics.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a purchasing specialist.
- Prior healthcare or medical clinic experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical dermatology terms is preferred.
- Quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Coupa is a plus.
- Excellent working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Physical Requirements: Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and calculator; stooping and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals. Multiple staff demands and deadlines can trigger stress.
