Responsibilities/Duties:
· Address multiple clients’ inquiries as needs arise, including assistance with QuickBooks
· Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations and payroll for multiple clients in an accurate and timely manner
· Manage TPT and quarterly tax returns, including the preparation and submittal for clients in an accurate and timely manner
· Conduct financial statement analysis for multiple clients on a regular basis
· Participate in the annual 1099 process
· Assist with tax season by providing data entry and meeting urgent documentation needs

· Must possess excellent communication skills and exchange information with others accurately
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Exceptional organization in managing time with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail, and meet strict deadlines while working independently or with a team
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
· Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, preferred
· At least three years accounting experience, required
· Retail accounting experience, preferred
· TPT and payroll tax experience, preferred
· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, required
· Proficiency in Excel, required
