ROLE: Account Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and strategic planning. You will have a deep understanding of the products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. You will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in commercial printing sales.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell commercial envelope printing solutions to new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute account and territory plans to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new prospects, highlight unique benefits of solutions, prepare sales quotes, and process orders.
- Generate leads, expand the prospect database, and identify decision-makers to start the sales process.
- Participate in product training, sales meetings, and professional development.
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with customer care and order management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-10+ years of successful sales experience in envelope and direct mailing solutions (or closely related field in commercial printing and mailing.)
- Seasoned professional with hunter, negotiation and closing skills, and with the ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales initiatives.

- Strong business development skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
