Now hiring sales people for a successful software development company
The Role:
Work from home contacting small business owners from our list of leads. We operate in a niche industry - medical transportation, which is why our answer rates and close rates are five times better than the average. You will call approximately 75 numbers per day, three days per week, following up on pipelines and closing sales throughout the rest of your week.
You will take detailed notes for each pipeline (instructions will be provided once hired) and provide daily summaries to your supervisor. By staying organized and tracking your progress, you'll be well-positioned for success. Our skilled salespeople achieve three sales per week after just two weeks, and with dedication, you can too. Your contributions will play a crucial role in our rapidly growing, industry-leading company, with the potential to receive inbound sales leads as well. Our business is the leader in its industry, so when businesses contact us, our close rate is very high.
Requirements
While not having door to door or phone sales experience is mandatory, it is a huge plus.
- Self-motivation: While working from offers a lot of benefits, you absolutely must be motivated to work consistently without distraction;
- Technology: You need a working computer or laptop, internet, and a working phone from which you can make calls on;
- Computer literate: You must be able to use spreadsheets and email without assistance. Spreadsheet requirements do not include anything technical, you just literally need to be able to type into a spreadsheet;
- Availability: You must be as an independent contractor available when customers call. If a client wants to sign up with you 'tonight at 6pm', you must be willing to get that sale. In addition, you must be available to answer calls from management.
What qualities would make you thrive: Ability to identify client needs and offer our tailored solutions; in-depth knowledge of the industry, preferably in the transportation or healthcare industries, is a plus. No experience? That's okay! If you know how to learn and are willing to take guidance, our seasoned salespeople will help you get started.
If selected for the role, we will provide you with all the product knowledge you need along with a perfect pitch. Training is unpaid if you request training sessions.
You should expect to make nothing in week 1, $500-$600 in week 2, $600-900 in week 3, and by weeks 4 and onward $1,000 + weekly.
